Our Mission

ZCI helps families and organizations envision and build sustainable communities of long-term value.  Our community-building professionals—planners, designers, engineers, and sub-contractors bring together all of the services needed to help a community realize its potential.

We seek to identify opportunities for new construction and the enhancement of existing assets in niche markets throughout the Detroit Metropolitan area. Our services include acquisitions, marketing, construction management, development, and engineering services.

The scope of our responsibility in virtually all of our projects covers every aspect of pre-construction and construction. Our assignments have included office buildings, retail centers, multi-family units, and industrial facilities of many types- each successfully completed on a fast track and tight budget.
