Most contractors hand you a building and disappear. ZCI Group develops property it holds, builds for tenants it knows, and answers for that work years after the punch list is signed.
That changes how decisions get made. When the roof, the slab, and the site drainage are your problem in year ten, you do not value-engineer them in year one. It is the reason our buildings lease and our clients come back.
