Project Manager
Run ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Scheduling, subcontractor management, budget control, and owner communication.
- Field Operations
Superintendent
Own the site. Daily coordination, safety, quality, inspections, and the schedule. Commercial and industrial experience required.

Heavy Equipment Operator
Excavators, dozers, and loaders. Mass excavation, grading, demolition, and utility work. Grade experience strongly preferred.

Flatwork, foundations, and structural concrete. Forming, placing, finishing, and joint work on commercial and industrial pours.

Run residential renovation jobs in the field. Framing, structural modifications, finish work, and direct homeowner communication.

Commercial Roofing Technician
TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen installation and repair. Heat welding experience and comfort working at height required.

Takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor solicitation, and proposal preparation across construction, sitework, and roofing scopes.

Entry point into the trades. Site work, cleanup, material handling, and hands-on training toward a skilled position.
